Any policy, guidance, handbook, manual, or standard contract concerning the rights, duties, or obligations of either (A) students who participate in athletic programs or other competitive sports (“student-athletes”); or (B) students employed to serve as resident assistants, resident advisors, or similarly-named staff with job responsibilities in student residences (“RAs”), expression or use of social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, or any other form of social media.the speech or expression of student-employees, including but not limited to RAs.interactions or communications of student-employees, including but not limited to RAs, with the news media, reporters, or journalists. This request seeks copies of any such policy applicable to student-employees or RAs, even if student-employees or RAs are not expressly mentioned.
