letters, emails, electronic messages, and memoranda that in any way relate to University of Northern Iowa’s participation in a bidding process in 2020 with College Products, Inc. and any other entity for the purchase or lease of microwaves, mini refrigerators, bed lofts, or any other such products for use in student housing
